2. If the "Flash" audio is "jerky" (on slower connections) then try the "Stream MP3" option and your Windows Media Player or other MP3 player should start playing.

3. If the video is "jerky" (on some slower dial-up connections) then click the stop button at the bottom left on each video and let it load for a while before you let it play. This option only takes about 2-5 minutes per video and GREATLY improves performance on slow connections.
