Delivery confirmation was great but..... They only allow you to access the file once and don’t keep for 7 days. My customer accessed the file on a weekend and either couldn't download it to his system or he didn't know where to find it when he did or just couldn't open it cause file contained jpegs and emails. The next day he called and asked for it to be sent again as the message “ he had downloaded it was not correct.” My other customer, just clicked on the download, I got a message he had downloaded but he didn’t have time to read it then. I thought he did but in reality the confirmation can be misleading. He wanted to pass it on to his staff to execute the instructions, but didn’t know how to do that with the download program.
