well, i picked up mini site creator (version 1.0) probably 5 months or so ago. it really helped me out, and i'll tell you why.

i approached a friend of mine to build a small site for my offline business. he gave me a great deal... but never delivered. august became november, and still nothing. as of now, nothing, though 2 weeks ago i told him to forget it.

now, he really did me a favor. i built my own site because the course showed me how. it really walked me through the steps. i haven't had a chance to promote it yet b/c there are other projects i'm working on from a marketing standpoint (free report finally done; autoresponder service set up with opt in box to deliver free report). plus seeing clients, getting new business (offline), and now i'm working on an ebook for sale in my industry.

and all this means other minisites. so it's not a bunch of crap. i figured the course saved me roughly $6000 in web costs, plus i can make changes, adapt copy, all on the fly. and i'm not waiting for "friends" to do it for me.

now, here's the results. since most of my business (to date) has been by word of mouth, usually i'll call or send an email. but of late i've sent email and told them to check out the site until they get my call. and in every case (100%) the people call me before i can get to them. and... they do exactly what my site asks them to do. and, of the people referred so far, i've closed every deal. not too bad, right?

so, it's not a bunch of crap. for me, mostly offline (just beginning to go online) this has helped me tremendously. and that's the truth.

Bob,

Do you realize how psycho you sound? You aren't even living by your own words to SHUT UP once you were given proof (which you have been many times over). Be a man of your word at least.

Take your egotistical attitude elsewhere, and as you can see from the 99% of the RESPONSES to your original post...it's time for you to go get help if you are going to keep spouting B.S. without backing it up.

Bob, here's a non mini-site for you:

Grow up...

Jim, I always get a lot from your teachings. I can now do things for myself concerning web sites that I could never do before and was always at the mercy of someone else to do for me. I think outsourcing is fine, if you know what you want and what it takes to get that. If you don't, outsourcing is a crap shoot. After taking your course on mini site creation, I am now in a much stronger position to do things for myself, or if I choose to outsource something, I know what I'm doing. Thank you,
