So Jim, Is it the question that makes the sale?

And, are there different categories of questions?

Thanks
Sandy

FASTEST WAY TO WRITE A GREAT AD?

Yep, you nailed it “Jimbo”. I have used this strategy very effectively in the past. Although I no longer advertise in the Yellow Pages, when I did I did notice around a 25% increase in leads when I had used a “Question” headline for my ads.

I think a questions for headline also builds a strong curiosity to the reader. I have also tried this with audio to get the listener to “tune” in next time. I would ask a question at the end of my show in reference to what my next shows subject was about. It always worked like a charm. The other medium I used it in was video on youtube. I would give a short intro with a question attached. The only way to find the answer was to follow the link to my site.

Thank you Jimbo for GREAT CONTENT!!! I wish I could make it on your Jimboat.

I’ve always liked the method of using a question in my ads, and they do seem to convert better, than ones that are not using a question. Great tip!

It’s the SIMPLE things that can be just so effective, that are overlooking. Believing that it has to be something complicated to work!

I have to say, you are one of the few that actually gives out usable content in your videos. I can’t tell you how many other marketers will talk about nothing (they talk on “what to do”) and at the end, they pitch you on their course on “How to do it”. Keep up the great work! P.s Would love to get on the Jim Boat Cruise, but with a 3 year old…
