Jim, Great little two and half minute video. You’ve mentioned this before; restate the problem, present a solution and give them a call to action they can implement. I can tell you from experience that your formula works. People want to know that you care and that you understand their problem as they see it and you can provide a solution.
Seems too simple, maybe that’s why many don’t try this approach. You give succinct advise that any entrepreneur can implement.
