New “MicroWave Marketing Video” Posted…
I was standing in front of the microwave last night waiting
for the popcorn to finish (complaining that it was taking
3 whole minutes) when it hit me!
People want FAST solutions… just like cooking with a
microwave instead of a traditional oven.
So I’ve just published the first “Microwave Marketing Video”
to show you how to GRAB a TON of SUBSCRIBERS from your
website… without letting them leave your sales letter!
This is a killer technique I’ve used to pick up TH0USANDS of
subscribers I would have MISSED without it.
If you have a comment about the video, please let me know here
on my blog!
To your “Fast Marketing” Success
Jim
PS – if you like this video, let me know here on my blog and I’ll
do more… if not, then we’ll throw the microwave on the
junk pile and try something else.

Hi Jim,
At the moment I am on CD 2 on creating a mini-website. It is working great for me-I have dyslexia and could not for the life of me do a mini-site. I divide the screen-you on the left and my site on the right. I then watch you for 20 seconds, pause, do my site and repeat. It is taking me 200 times longer but at least I will have a site. I still make mistakes but it is getting better. This microwave thing look great-is it included in my course? Thanks.
WOW – sounds like this was definitely the right thing for you!!
The Ultimate Subscription Box software is included with your Mini-Site Creator course… the microwave video stuff is not
Jim
Hi Jim
Very cool! Of course everything you do is! I really like this idea. Short and sweet marketing tips.
I don’t understand what is so special about this… couldn’t your confirmation page have the same information yet again?
Hi Jim:
I’ve always enjoyed reading your stuff even though I’ve not seen a way to turn it into any profit for myself. I did enjoy your Microwave presentation and I did a brief post about it on my blog at http://wanderingsalsero.typepad.com .
Rick,
You could do the same thing… but then they would lose their place on the page and it takes them away from reading the sales letter.

Thanks, Art
Good little video. I also think your mini-site creator package is great.
Hi Jim,
As always, love your work and the Microwave Marketing Video (short, sweet and to the point). However, I was disappointed not to see a little more of Smacker. I’ve come to grow quite fond of the little rascal, having seen him on your Halloween video. Let’s see, what’s next for Smacker. . . .
Best,
Stephanie Trahd
Smacker will make an appearance in the next video
Sadly I found the video on microwave marketing to be no more than:
Sales pitch after sales pitch.
Which is effectively the same “crap” as every other site is currently pumping out, nothing new.
Jim,
You really don’t need to use special software to create the window that allows you to enter info into a form and then not take the user to a different page after form submission. Just us what’s called an I-Frame. That places your form into a window within your HTML page. It produces exactly the same effect. I use it in my sales letters so the users are not diverted from my letters to a confirmation page. Why lose the people when you have worked so hard to get them to your sales letter?

Dear Jim
I really like the Microwave Marketing Video. I like the audio and video persntation style a whole lot. I just sit back realax and take in the information.
I reccomend you use this type of newsletter more but not exclusively

Jim,
Thanks for the video on your software. We have used it EXCESSIVELY since we bought Mini-Site Creator. We now havw MULTIPLE sites and MULTIPLE lists.
Your step at a time method of teaching has made all the difference for us.
Now, if you could just write our sales letters for us…..
This is classic Jim Edwards and I love it. Keep up the good work. I also have your mini site creator course and find it the perfect thing for me because I am just starting out. I am very much looking forward to the “Jim Boat” cruise in October.
Have a good evening
I know I will
Deb
Thanks… I’m glad you all are (with a couple of exceptions) enjoying the videos and finding the information helpful
Jim
Good little video. Definintely keep them coming. I also have your Mini-site course. It would take me muuuuccch longer to put a sit together without it.
On the video, even though it might be an I-Frame us guys starting out really appreciate going over the basics simply and keeping us up-to-date on techniques.
There’s a saying “…numbers of times over material equals certainity.” and that’s true.

We aim to please
Jim.
Thank you so much for your willingness to “break- it-down and for your tell-it-like-it-is” approach to working with technology and overcoming some of its challenges. Your mini-site creater course has been such a powerful learning tool for me. Now this microwave video is another tool for anyone wanting to make it easier for our customers to do business with us. Thank you so much!
Hi Jim,
great video with a nice touch. I wonder where do you guys get all these idea’s from
) but don’t stop.
Eddy
I get most of my ideas in the shower… though, it’s not a good idea to take a microwave in the shower with you
I very much like your brief, to the point, and very cluey offerings. Love how you cover the technicalities simply and thoroughly. Need that.
And yes, I’d get that mini-sites course if I could, but some of us have to earn SOME money before we can earn more!
Tks for your input.
Marlene
Hi Jim,
Great idea – but put some more “meat” in the owen next time
I waited patiently in front of the microwave owen – when is Jim gonna tell the secret about these magic boxes? Well you didn’t. The secret is a very simple one line HTML code – the Iframe tag. Why not give people a choice, Jim? – “This is done with the Iframe tag – if you don’t know how to use this tag, I’ve included some software in the Mini-Site package”. A quick search on Google revealed that this “secret” magic subscriber box trick is sold for up to $49 – just for one line of simple HTML code
Jan
Jim, I always admire your work, but more people would understand the microwave video if you showed more full pages (shrunk) rather than parts of pages – was a little confusing.
-Janet
LOL – more meat in the oven.
There was plenty in there this time… and many people need extra help / software to do even the “simplest” things other people take for granted
