I was just at Big Seminar and ran into Ryan while filming some segments for "The Online Business Show" with Mike Stewart.

I put Ryan in the "hot seat" and made him give us a couple of really good tips for builing up niche lists.

Have a look and a listen right now

That video was amazing, thanks Jim. That video just expanded my mindset to start taking my online efforts offline too in order to explode my business. Why just do affiliate marketing when i could be doing direct marketing too.

Jim:

I use Camtasia 3.0 and now 4.0. I have no luck in creating Camtasia flv (or Web Files as they call them) that are a reasonable size. I created a 53 sec commentary and used largest size, for quality, file possible. It comes to over 500MB. There are eleven (11) files that are created. When I use a setting that produces smaller file sizes, the video is choppy (audio and video get out of sysnc).

How big is your file or files of just this interview with Ryan Deiss (7mins)?
How do you get smaller files?
Which files do I load up and how?

I have your Web Site Video Secrets first edition (Just ordered the 2nd ver also) and How to create and publish MM?

Am I missing something obvious?

Thanks for your help.

Mike

Mike,

The video with Ryan was about 12MB

Something’s not right with what you’re doing… are you converting to FLV using Tracy’s software (FLV Producer)?

I think you’re mising something… please submit a help desk ticket at http://www.ebookfiresupport.com and we’ll see what we can do to help

Jim,

I have been enjoying TheNetReporter. Thank you for all your input and training.

My question:

Do I need Tracy’s FLV Producer if I own the pro version of Macromedia Flash?

Best wishes for the New Year!

Rena

Hi Rena,

Technically speaking, no you don’t need it.

However, even though you have the full version of Flash, Tracy’s software will make your life a lot easier if you’re just converting mpg’s or avi’s to flv… it’s a lot quicker.

Hope that helps

Jim
