I ate a dead rat!

I ate a dead rat (or at least it feels like it) and have not been able to do this week’s multi-media tip. Sorry.

I’m down for the count with a stomach virus I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy… will let you know when we get back to a normal publishing schedule.
