I've had similar experiences from subscribers to my membership site where I ended up losing several thousand dollars in revenue due to what I classify as brain dead morons. My reaction is to refund their money, and block them from ever buying anything from me again as best I can. Some would argue that going above and beyond will make some otherwise "unhappy" customers into good ones. Well, I don't need 'em! If the quality of my product isn't up to par, that's one thing. But don't keep it for a year and then tell me I'm trying to rip you off! Some would also argue that going to the trouble to block them is wasting valuable time that could be better spent acquiring and marketing to new customers. That's Horse$hit!!! It doesn't take anywhere near as long to block an IP and email address as it does screwing around with some jerk that's only going to take you for a ride in the end! Whew! I feel much better now!
