Jim,

I know you’re always seeking useful information from your listmembers, and thought you’d like to know the following:

I have stopped subscribing or signing up for anything that requires my phone number. As you know, time is precious, and I have yet to have received a phone call from a marketer that was useful. They are always pitches, or “reminders”, or upgrades, etc., which are mostly duplicates of emails, and always seem to be a bad time, and time-wasting.

This is not a complaint about you. You are great, and I own a bunch of your “stuff”, which always over-delivers. This is just a “vote” from your constituancy, me, voting by not subscribing when phone number is required.

Thanks,
Terry Rayburn

Hi Terry,

The only reason we are asking for full contact information is so that we can do reminder broadcasts occasionally… not to directly solicit.

I would NEVER rent, or share that info with anyone….

Nothing pisses me off more than telemarketers… except maybe spam

:-)

The Webinar tonight on Blogging Video was just stupendous. It opened up a whole new world to me as I was one of the 2% at the beginning of the call who answered your survey and said, I don’t see why I need audio or video on my site. Well, you turned my upside down and on fire. I really don’t think I even need a web site anymore after tonight.

Jim, I gotta tell you (sorry for the copyright infringement but only used on your site) you’re the man. Thanks for staying on the front edge of internet technology and being a mover and a shaker. Now all I have to do is get my partner to say, Uncle, and buy this. Before we were introduced to you and your offerings, we were walking into walls unable to find a way through the maze. Wow.

Blessings to you,
Nancy
