Great info, as usual, Jim.
Excellent to clearly see what to look for in a teacher…and what to look for in ourselves, so that we can provide the highest quality education to those who learn from us!
I also appreciate the distinction between someone who KNOWS something (even if from past experience) and someone who is STILL DOING something that they are teaching. I’ve seen some who may have known a certain field years ago, stopped doing it themselves because it was more lucrative to teach it, and then their teaching became outdated, yet they continued to teach as though it was current. That puts their students at a distinct disadvantage! I think it’s really inportant to learn from someone who’s still in the trenches!

P.S. I bet Smacker is awfully jealous that QuackPot made it into this video and he didn’t. Watch out, Jim. He may growl at you!
Hi Terrie,
Thanks… YOU already ARE an authentic expert… your story is so rock-solid that nothing can hold you back!!
Jim
LOL- Smacker is not happy… he’s accused Quack-Pot of drug use, which is causing friction, as you can imagine!
Sigh… the hazards of building a diverse organization.
PS – you pegged it! That is the reason you MUST keep your toes in whatever field you want to claim expertise in.
I knew there was a good reason why I don’t want to hire employees!
Thanks so much for all your support and kind words Jim. You have NO idea what this means to me. You are my hero and MY guru and I would be no where without you – I really got my start at your bootcamp and will be forever indebted to you for that.
Terrie
Terrie,
You’re MY hero
so it’s a good thing we found each other!
Jim
LOL – I won’t tell my wife, two daughters and niece (and dad) you said that

Jim,
So much for “Evergreen”..LOL…I could see the steam coming from your mouth..you are too funny. And what kind of anabolic steroids have you been giving Quack duck (is that his name – I’ll have to go back to the early videos).
Seriously though, this is a great introduction for tomorrow’s video which I’m anxiously awaiting. You are terrific in how you break things down for us and help us cut to the chase, get rid of the cr*p and know what to look for.
You are a phenomenal teacher! Thanks for another great video. Can’t wait til tomorrow…
Terrie
