Many thanks for the inspirational free report Jim, you may have realized already that you have ended the link with “html” instead of “pdf”. Hopefully this will help others that have tried to download unsuccessfully. Replace .html with .pdf to receive the report. Well worth downloading and reading… and keeping. Regards - Al

I think your report is great. However, I went to your guestbook to leave a comment. It took me all of two minutes to type it and when I hit submit I got an error message that I took too long and my guestbook session had timed out. What’s the setting, 30 seconds, a minute? Might want to check it.
